NEW ORLEANS (WGNO)— Lines are long at the Shell gas station on South Claiborne Avenue and Washington Avenue, but things are running smoothly.
WGNO’s Kenny Lopez talked to those waiting in line to fill up their cars and also get gas for their generators.
