(WGNO) – The NOPD is asking for your help Sunday finding a man wanted for impersonating a police officer.
The suspect robbed a man in the parking lot of the Mardi Gras Truck Stop and Casino on Elysian Fields Avenue.
He identified himself as a police officer and told the victim to empty his pockets.

The suspect got away with $4,000.
