NEW ORLEANS – On Thursday morning, NOPD Superintendent Shaun Ferguson addressed the incident that transpired Wednesday night on the Crescent City Connection.
Protesters were advised not to walk past a certain area, but several protesters chose to ignore the NOPD’s orders.
The following five adults were arrested, and will be charged with crossing or traversing a police cordon:
- 23-year-old Ashley Jones of New Orleans
- 22-year-old Alexander Taylor of New Orleans
- 29-year-old John Mouton of New Orleans
- 23-year-old Mariel Rose Ehrich from Massachussetts
- 21-year-old Delaney Nolan from Belgium
