NEW ORLEANS — On Monday morning, Joshua Cox, Director of Strategic Initiatives, Mayor’s Office, held a press conference to discuss funding issues surround the French Quarter Management District’s oversight of the security patrols.
Currently, the Mayor’s Office and the FQMD are disputing over available funding.
