SLIDELL, La. (BRPROUD) – Deputies rescued a horse stuck in the mud after heavy rainfall over the weekend.
On Sunday, St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies were able to free the horse safely using snatch blocks, tow straps and winches on their trucks.
