NFL players return to Louisiana and show love to aspiring pro ballers

WEBSTER PARISH, La. (KTAL/KMSS)-When a local athlete makes it to the NFL, it’s always good to see them give back to the local community.

Devin Marcel White, who plays for the Philadelphia Eagles, is from Springhill, La. He recently returned to hold a football camp for kids and donated twenty thousand dollars to the North Webster Knights High School football team.

He said, “Hey, this is just a small, you know, contribution to what I can do, but I feel like it’s going be way bigger in the future. “

Not to be outdone, Minden native and Tennessee Titans player L’Jarius Sneed returned to hold a football camp at Minden High School.

Sneed said, ‘To come back and have a little free time to give back to the kids, something I love to do just to help because It’s something I wish I had when I was little, you know its a blessing to be here.”
