NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — A New Orleans police officer has been hospitalized after a car crash that happened on Saturday, June 22.
The crash took place at the intersection between St. Charles Avenue and State Street.
Video shows a New Orleans Police Officer cruiser flipped on its side.
Nashville Avenue was blocked off due to the crash.
No word yet on what caused the incident.
NOPD officers say the officer involved in the crash was taken to a hospital for treatment.
