NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Police Department is on the scene of a fatal crash involving a motorcycle on Friday, May 24.
According to police, the crash was reported around 11:16 a.m. on Interstate 10 westbound near the 510 exit.
The NOPD reported that the victim was heading westbound on the roadway when he hit the median and was thrown from his motorcycle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
