One year later, disabled woman remains missing out of New Orleans

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Police Department reported on Saturday, May 4 that Francis Elaine Singleton has been found in good health.

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Police Department has asked for the public’s help locating a woman who has been missing for about a year.

According to officers, 60-year-old Francis Elaine Singleton was last seen in Jefferson Parish in February 2023.

Officers say Singleton is disabled and confined to a wheelchair.

Anyone with information on where Singleton could be is asked to call Investigative Services Bureau detectives at 504-259-0551.
