NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Brick Convention will host a “massive” LEGO convention for LEGO enthusiasts of all ages.
The two-day event will be held on Oct. 12 and 13 at the Alario Center and will give fans the opportunity to be creative with building LEGOs in the “Construction Zone” and view galleries of life-sized LEGO models.
In addition to this, LEGO lovers will be able to meet professional LEGO artists and celebrities from the Fox television show “LEGO Masters.” The convention will offer various attractions such as LEGO Retail, access to the Star Wars Zone and building in Brick Pits.
According to the New Orleans Brick Convention, a portion of the event’s proceeds will be donated to Creations for Charity, which is a nonprofit organization that gives underprivileged children new LEGO sets during the holidays.
Tickets for the convention are $14.99 and available on the event’s website.
