SLIDELL, La. (WGNO) — Part of Slidell is under a precautionary boil water advisory after a contractor hit a water main on Thursday, March 7.
St. Tammany Parish officials said the advisory will impact the Cross Gates Water System and affects nearly 10,000 residents.
They said crews are working to make repairs and restore water pressure.
The advisory will remain in effect until further notice.
