SLIDELL, La. (WGNO) — The Slidell Police Department is investigating a “bad crash” involving a vehicle and motorcycle.
On Monday, June 10 at 11:30 a.m., they responded to the corner of Gause Boulevard and Interstate 10.
As a result of the crash, Slidell police reported that several lanes were blocked including the on-ramp headed to New Orleans.
Officers report that the motorcyclist was taken to a hospital after suffering serious injuries that are not believed to be fatal.
All lanes have since been reopened.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
