TANGIPAHOA PARISH, La. (WGNO) — Thousands of people are without power in Tangipahoa and St. Tammany parishes amid severe weather on Tuesday, June 4.

According to the Entergy outage map, 3,153 people are without power in Tangipahoa Parish as of 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday morning, June 5.

The map states that power is expected to be restored by 12 a.m. on Thursday, June 6, but could change as crews continue to assess damage.

According to the Cleco outage map, all power has been restored in St. Tammany Parish as of 6:30 a.m. on June 5.

Tornado and severe thunderstorm warnings were issued for the area on Tuesday evening.
