NEW ORLEANS (WGNO)–The New Orleans Police Department has released surveillance video that they say shows an unidentified suspect and the seven-year-old girl he sexually assaulted.
The suspect, in a red-and-white-striped shirt, blue jeans, and white sneakers, can be seen leading the girl by the hand at Hidden Lake Apartments on Martin Drive in New Orleans East around 9:00 Wednesday night.
