NEW ORLEANS – For the second time this season, a person has been killed by a Mardi Gras parade float.
On the scene, WGNO ABC- 26 interviewed Velma Hill, a relative of the man killed.
The man died after being hit by an Endymion parade float Saturday night.
Velma Hill says Mardi Gras is changed forever.
