NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – Parents across New Orleans can now begin choosing a new school for the 2017-2018 school year through the annual OneApp process, which begins today.
OneApp functions as a one-stop application process for any public school students applying to a new school.
The process begins with the OneApp Main Round, which kicks off November 1 and runs through February 24.
Parents can go to EnrollNOLA to begin the process, a site that has also undergone a full redesign in time for this year’s OneApp process.
Using the site, parents are able to access profiles for every early childhood center and public school in New Orleans, find the appropriate one, and select the institution that is the best fit for their child.
Families can apply online at www.EnrollNOLA.org or receive assistance filling out an application in person at any branch of the New Orleans Public Library, at many participating schools, or at one of EnrollNOLA’s three Family Resource Centers: Uptown at Crocker Elementary, in New Orleans East at Livingston Collegiate, or at the Orleans Parish School Board Central Office in Algiers.
