NEW ORLEANS — Early voting is over for the April 24 runoff election.
This is the runoff election to fill the U.S. house seat left vacant by Cedric Richmond. In several parishes, voters will decide other races and/or issues.
Tuesday is the last day to request an absentee ballot, and all absentee ballots must be *returned* by 4:30 p.m. next Friday afternoon.
