MANDEVILLE, La.– In St. Tammany Parish they are preparing for coastal surge, especially on Lakeshore Drive in Mandeville.
WGNO’s Kenny Lopez talked to neighbors about what they are most concerned with in regards to Hurricane Sally possibly bringing coastal surge with several feet of flooding.
