NEW ORLEANS — The New Orleans Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened overnight on the 4900 block of Wright Road.
Police say a 5-year-old was wounded by the accidental discharge of a firearm and taken to a local hospital, he is currently recovering and is in stable condition.
