NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – Ian Somerhalder is the star of the CW’s “The Vampire Diaries”. You can see him on the show Thursday nights at 8 on NOLA 38.
But the Mandeville native is back in his hometown to speak out against oil drilling and fracking.
