MARERRO, La. (WGNO) — An 18-wheeler carrying a trailer full of scrap metal found itself on its side on Tuesday afternoon.

The big rig overturned at the on-ramp of the Huey P. Long Bridge heading from Marrero to Elmwood.

WGNO’s Sam Packnett was on the scene to capture drone footage of the wreck.
