NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – After the Supreme Court made history by making same-sex marriage legal in all 50 states, Chad Boutte and Steven Mora decided to make it legal. And they made history.
Chad asked Steven to marry him LIVE on WGNO News with a Twist, Friday June 26 at 6 p.m. WGNO News with a Twist features reporter Wild Bill Wood was there for the proposal.
