NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Police Department reports a fight in the Ninth Ward that officers initially believed lead to the injury of two women instead injured three. Police also released a photograph of an unidentified woman who is considered a person of interest in the investigation; she does not face any criminal charges.

The case is the latest one to roll on the Wheel of Justice.

According to police, the crime happened a little after 4:15 in the afternoon on Thursday, Feb. 15, at the intersection of Law and Feliciana streets. Initially, police said that one woman was shot and a second was stabbed. Later, they added a third injury.

Police also released a photo of a woman who is only considered to be a person of interest in the case. Police are trying to identify her. They think she may have information about what happened.
