NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Police Department is trying to identify and arrest a burglar who targeted a business that’s next door to another business that was also burglarized. The case is the latest one to roll on the Wheel of Justice.

So far, police are not connecting the two burglary cases, but they did release surveillance video of both.

The first case happened about 5:50 in the morning on Thursday, Jan. 11 at Rock and Soil, a landscaping business in the 9100 block of Airline Highway. According to police, a burglar broke into the business and stole an empty cash box.

Three days later, on Sunday, Jan. 14, a burglar broke into the American Police Equipment business that’s next door to Rock and Soil. In that case, according to police, multiple items of clothing were taken.
