It’s the creation from Christmas past from Chef Eric Damidot from New Orleans Hyatt Regency.
It’s inspired by the real streetcars that roll through New Orleans.
Here’s the recipe:
3,500 pounds of flour
3,000 pounds of sugar

1,000,000 (maybe) pieces of candy
