NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — She’s been buying and flipping homes for a while now.
Her name is Twala Lockett-Jones.
She was just a teenager when she bought her first house. Nineteen, in fact.
And now, she’s got a neighborhood full. So far, forty homes belong to her.
