LAFAYETTE, La. — Hubert Caliste’s three pointer sent St Aug past St Paul’s 75-72 Tuesday at the Cajundome in Lafayette.

Here’s the highlights from WGNO Sports.

The Wolves were up by as much as 16 points in the first half, but a second half surge from St. Aug would help them pull within striking distance, ultimately taking their first lead of the game in the 4th quarter.

Freshman Hubert Caliste hit a 3-pointer with 4 seconds remaining in the overtime period to give St. Aug the lead over the Wolves.

St. Paul’s would get a look from 3 in the final seconds, but Evan Siechsnaydre was unable to connect.

According to the final stat sheet, Caliste finished the afternoon with a team-high 22 points. Ashton Trufant finished with 18 points.
