NORMAN, Ok (WGNO) The Tulane Green Wave kicks off the 2021 football season in Norman, Oklahoma, against the No. 2 Sooners.

The game was supposed to take place at Tulane’s Yulman Stadium but was moved due to damage sustained in southeast Louisiana from Hurricane Ida.
