ZACHARY, La. (WGNO) — No. 1 undefeated Zachary improves to 11-0 after shutting out No. 32 Slidell 35-0 at Zachary High School in the first round of the LHSAA playoffs.
Quarterback Eli Holstein connected with wide receiver Jordan Williams down the middle to put the Broncos up by seven early in the game. Soon after, Holstein ran in a long touchdown to add to the lead.
The Broncos will play East Ascension next Friday.
