Picks galore: Saints get 3 compensatory picks in draft

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The Saints will have more resources to improve their 2024 team.

The NFL announced that the Saints will get three additional draft picks, all in the 5th round, for suffering a net loss of compensatory free agents.

The Saints will get picks 167, 169, and 174 at the end of the 5th round. The Saints also own pick 149 in the 5th round.

The Saints picks are as follows. Pick 14 in round 1, pick 45 in round 2, the four 5th round selections, two picks in round 6, 192 and 201, and pick 230 in the 7th round.

Of course, much of that could change. The Saints are typically aggressive in identifying players they like and trading up to acquire them.
