NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Fog is already developing around the area late Tuesday evening and that trend will likely continue into early Wednesday. Some of that fog will be dense so please be careful driving. A dense fog advisory is in effect until 10 AM Wednesday.
Temperatures will be in the upper 70s Wednesday and Thursday with pleasant conditions.
A frontal system will cause a general increase in shower and thunderstorm coverage as the end of the week approaches. The latest models show scattered showers and storms moving in late Friday into early Saturday, but the exact timing of this next system and where the heaviest rain sets up is still in question. This will also be our next chance for severe weather so stay tuned for the details on that.
