NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Rain will continue to taper off through the day Friday with just isolated showers and some drizzle through the evening time frame. Most of the area is seeing fog though and that will likely continue through the night into Saturday morning. Some of that fog could be dense at times so be careful driving. Saturday night and Sunday morning could also see locally dense fog develop.

Rain chances over the weekend will continue in an isolated fashion with showers few and far between both Saturday and Sunday. Look for the rain chance to be around 30-40%. Temperatures warm back into the low to mid 70s.

Higher rain chances move back in Monday and Tuesday for a soggy start to the week.
