Good morning, New Orleans! Very nice conditions this morning and all day Thursday! Lows Thursday morning are in the upper 30s to mid 40s. Expect highs in the mid 60s this afternoon then we will quickly warm back up to the upper 60s to around 70 on Friday for a nice end to the week.

Showers and storms are forecast to return Saturday ahead of our next front, with rain chances high by late in the day. There are still some timing issues this far out, and it looks like this will be slower to move in. Right now we will likely see rain hold off until at least 4-5PM, with rain chances going up as you get past 6-7 in the evening. That trend could continue to slow even more though over the next day or two.

Once the rain clears, cool and breezy conditions are expected Sunday afternoon. Expect a few lingering showers to wrap around this system Sunday and Monday, but nothing heavy.
