NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Much less active weather is on the way for your Tuesday after the stormy start to the week. Clouds will thin out through the with partly cloudy conditions and temperatures in the mid 80s. Look for a southwest breeze at 10-15.

Lower humidity moves in for about 24-36 hours with a cooler start on Wednesday. Low 60s north and mid to upper 60s south will be the temperatures. Wednesday we heat back up close to 90 with plenty of sun.

Expect humidity to come back through the day Thursday. The next wave of rain comes in to end the week. Right now there are still some questions as to whether we see the main part of that next storm system over us or staying more to the north. Stay tuned for details on that. The timing looks to be late Friday into Friday night.
