NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — We are off to a cool start Monday morning and it will be very nice through the day. Low humidity will keep it feeling pleasant as temperatures only warm into the low 70s. Expect a breezy day, especially along the south shore, but not as windy as Sunday.

Tonight clear skies and light wind will lead to more cool temperatures. We will see low to mid 40s in the northern half of the area Tuesday morning with upper 40s to low 50s on the south shore. Tuesday also looks great with sun and upper 70s.

Humidity starts to come back Wednesday and builds in for the second half of the week. Look for warm nights especially with lows only dropping into the 60s. Highs will be in the low 80s Wednesday through the weekend.

It looks like a dry week right now with no real rain chance through the weekend as it stands right now.
