NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Good Morning, New Orleans and a Happy Wednesday! We saw a cold front push through late Tuesday, leaving 50s and 60s behind overnight! Though several lingering showers remain in our coastal areas, clouds and rain will push off of the coast shortly.

A Small Craft Advisory is issued as winds transition and pick up into the teens and twenties. Northerly flow continues to make it feel even cooler outside with wind chills across our area. The sun will shine here shortly as clouds clear, and our forecast for your afternoon looks absolutely glorious. Temperatures will range from low to mid 70s both this afternoon and tomorrow!

Wednesday at the Square will be beautiful tonight, just make sure you grab that outer layer as temperatures will fall into the 60s at sunset.

Enjoy quiet forecasts for the rest of your week as high pressure remains locked in place through Sunday!
