NEW ORLEANS (WGNO)— In the race to unseat John Kennedy from the US Senate, nine candidates have signed up to challenge the incumbent. And while Kennedy has declined to be interviewed, we did speak with two of the top contenders, Gary Chambers and Luke Mixon about their platforms related to insurance rates, and the rising cost of energy in Louisiana.
